but then we come to this physical plane and start to get influenced by the external environment and a paradigm is installed in our mind.

This paradigm is the what determines our results in all areas of life. It de can be very limitative many times.

What I found is that we can change our paradigm if we want achieve better results 🎯

In this week's post I share a poem 'The Shadow of Men’, as it describes perfectly the process of passing shadows from one generation to another.

Sometimes parents pass on the worst things to their children without even being aware of what they’ve done.

They aren’t aware they are navigating life in the shadows of their ancestors.

If you’re aware of a pattern in your family, no point to discuss with your parents, they probably won't understand it. They don't know any better otherwise they would have changed it.

But you can END the cycle and save your entire family line.

When you heal, you heal your children and your children’s children.
