ABUNDANCE – an Attitude?

Life is not a straight line. On the way, you have ups and downs and sometimes you don’t feel well, get depressed and then doubt and fear creep in, in particular the fear of scarcity. This feeling rests deep inside you, whispering to  your subconscious mind that you simply don’t have enough. And whether you’re  conscious or not, you tend to act upon this inaccurate impulse.

 

But if you recognise the scarcity consciousness you’re able to shift your subconscious mind to an abundance consciousness fairly quickly.

You need to acknowledge, surrender and close the door on our past misfortunes and move on if you want things to change. When those scarcity emotions come, be very aware of what you’re saying after the words ‘I am …’.

I am grateful | I am receiving | I am allowing positive energy to flow | I am trusting | I am embracing life

 

Below are listed some attitudes that you can start to put in place if you haven’t yet and others attitudes to shift.  An important law of energy is whatever we put out into the universe is attracted back at us. So, if you are not getting what you want, maybe it is worth looking at your thoughts, because they ultimately will change your attitudes and habits – your reality.

Take one minute and look around, and see how abundant you are now. Feeling appreciation for all the good things you have now is one of the best ways to line up with more money and other forms of abundance. Feeling happy with what you have now creates an energy that just opens up the door for more awesomeness.

 

In respect to money, if you don’t have a good relationship with money I suggest you to start to shift your thinkingMoney is energy, so if your beliefs about money are positive the vibe of abundance will just bring you more of it, whether in the form of money directly, people giving you things and countless other ways.

 

Your mind is amazingly powerful, so if you constantly use words like these, you’re programming yourself into scarcity:

  • I don’t have enough
  • I can’t afford
  • It’s expensive

 

Whereas, if you want to program our mind into ABUNDANCE, here is how you have to dialogue with our mind:

  • I am  abundant
  • I am rich, I am wealth
  • I have so much (and think in all the things you have now)
  • I am so abundant in so many ways and money is another one

 

Examples:
– If you cannot afford something simply say: I will have that one day because I am becoming rich, I am abundant, I am constantly getting more and more.

– If you have to pay a bill simply say: I am giving this money away and more money is coming back to me.

 

Mind learns by repetition. Even though is not your reality now, doesn’t matter – it will be in the future. Keep repeating until becomes your belief. Learn here how to make this process faster.
