HOW DID I FIND THIS STRESS RELIEF NATURAL TECHNIQUE? 

Have you heard about TAPPING before? I hadn’t until a few years ago, to be more precisely in 2013. During my search for natural healing to improve my physical and emotional well-being I came across this technique also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). To learn more about it, I watched the video and  read Nick Ortner’s book. I was in love with this technique!

 

I have found Tapping to be a very simple stress relief natural technique that WORKS INSTANTLY. 2015 was a very STRESSFUL year for me professionally, I believe many people can relate to this as well, but fortunately I was aware of this technique and when I needed to I straight away applied it.

 

Whether I would do it at the desk or in the bathroom, I would feel relieved immediately and ready to go back to work. You can repeat the process as many times as you need.

 

One day, in conversation with a work colleague about this technique, he told me he noticed me doing some “strange” movements but he thought I was feeling hot instead. Not really… It was stress!

 

Another interesting situation occurred when another friend of mine, who was experiencing anxiety, went to see a psychologist and she was surprised when she recommended Tapping. Just a few months before, I was sharing with her some natural techniques that I use including Tapping.

 

Given these examples, I found that not many people are aware about these natural practices and they would rather look for tablets. So, I decided to share this technique with you today.

 

WHAT IS TAPPING AND HOW CAN IT RELIEVE STRESS?

Tapping was another accidental discovery that leads to a Healing Revolution. It began in 1980, with a psychologist by the name of Roger Callahan, but was Gary Craig in the nineties, a student of Dr. Callahan’s , who developed a simplified and improved version, the EFT.

 

Like acupuncture and acupressure, Tapping is a set of techniques which utilise the body’s energy meridian points. You can stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them with your fingertips. It is like switching on your body’s own energy and healing power.
