Your Time Worth More Than Just a Paycheck

Most of us are taught to exchange time for money, a paycheck mentality. Here is how: go to school, find a job, make a career (if possible), and retire at 60 or over. According to the majority of baby boomers and generation X , this is the way to go. There must be better ways!

Millennials and the generation Z know this better than anyone. They were born in a new era where technology is evolving every second so their mindset is extremely open to other experiences, they understand the power of connecting and they expect MORE from life. The best time is NOW!

YOUR’RE WORTHY OF MUCH MORE

The situation is: while you’re an employee you will exchange your skills, experience and time in return for a paycheck. Plus, if you are looking for a promotion or a bigger paycheck, you might need to study or work more hours.

In relation to training, very rarely your company will pay for it, so you need to invest your money and study after work. I know how it is! In my particular case, the ROI was not sufficient and I was only receiving enough to live a mundane life.

This was me, and I kown there are employees that are living the lifestyle of their dreams but, unfortunately, they are in the minority. Don’t you agree?

According to both Eric Worre and Robert Kiyosaki, the main problem is that most of the people are addicted to a paycheck, and fear of losing the job. This condition doesn’t allow seeing and looking for other opportunities.

LEARN AN ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET

I’m a Network Marketing advocate because I believe in this business model. I see it as another vehicle to reach my personal goals. If you ask me: Is this is for everyone? My answer is NO. It is indeed a real opportunity and accessible to everyone. However, not everyone will resonate with the model. That’s a reality .

This is a vehicle that can help you to achieve the lifestyle you want. You’re the one who establishes the limit. It is also a synonym for RESIDUAL INCOME and most important, it represents leaving a LEGACY for your future generations. Remember to do your due diligence before hand!
